• Worked in multiple Duke Lifepoint hospital facilities with 1-2 patient assignments in the LDR and LDRP setting with delivery rates ranging from 15 to 60 a month.

• Prepared patients for dermatologic exams and procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout the process. Provided comprehensive client care, which included medication administration, patient education, and wound care. Assisted physicians and mid-level providers during exams and procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Accurately reported and documented patient information in the EMA charting system, maintaining high standards of care and attention to detail.

• Provided care for 1-3 patients in an 8 bed LDRP model with 1 operating room doing approximately 700 births per year. Effectively communicates between interdisciplinary team members and works closely with the OB/GYN physicians, CRNAs, midwives, and ETCH clinicians.

• Provided care for 1-2 high-risk patients in a 12 bed LDR model floor with 5 triage rooms, 3 operating rooms with pre-op/PACU area, and 10 antepartum beds. Approximately 3,100 births per year.

• Provided care for 6-8 patients in a 30 bed fast paced Medical-Surgical floor with a high turnover rate and wide variety of medical cases including telemetry.
