Case Investigation Experience
I believe that I possess the motivation and integrity to work efficiently on my own or as a part of a team to accomplish TBI’s mission. As a member of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, I have brought to the table dedication, positive work ethic and honesty that has in turn led me to develop great personal and professional relationships with co-workers as well as the local law enforcement agencies I support. I believe in following orders and directives while also offering constructive suggestions and ideas while also listening to and employing the ideas of others.
I feel that participating in the Tennessee Governors Professional Institute will only strengthen my values and principles of teamwork. Additionally, the TGPI will open up a new world of ideas, strategies and techniques that I have not been exposed to but am excited to take part in to develop me into a productive supervisor in the future.
