I am a disciplined student-athlete with strong leadership, communication, and coaching experience. Balancing 20-30 hours per week of athletic commitments with a rigorous academic schedule, I’ve developed exceptional time management and critical thinking skills. As a starting player, I continuously improve through film analysis and feedback from coaches and teammates. I also serve as a representative on the University of Kentucky’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), where I help advocate for student-athletes and organize community events. My guest speaking experience has strengthened my public speaking and leadership abilities, while mentoring students and sharing my journey. Additionally, I’ve coached youth soccer athletes, helping many advance to professional and Division 1 programs, and ran my own training business, where I developed technical programs and honed my organizational and marketing skills. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set, including empathy, resilience, and effective communication, which I am eager to apply in future professional roles.
As a guest speaker I am asked from different High schools and Elementary Schools to speak to their students. This is where I tell them about my story and give them advice on things that had helped me through my journey as well as things I wish I had done.
