Responsibilities:

• Maintain a state of readiness for all assignments and tasks
• Rapidly Assess situations for life threatening criteria and take immediate actions to mitigate them
• Operate and maintain emergency vehicles in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining a due regard for traffic laws
• Assist in the orientation of new employees 
• Firefighter / EMT of the Year for 2017-2018
  

Responsibilities:

• Control, Contain, and extinguish fires.
• Respond to a wide array of public safety emergencies in both a rural, as well as, commercial setting
• Assess patient needs and provide life saving interventions during medical emergencies
• Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Act as a leader as needed supervising up to 5 highly trained emergency responders 
• Organized, prepared, and conducted multiple, multi-jurisdictional trainings
