• Responsible for assembly, maintenance, and advisement of technical expertise to electrical and mechanical engineers for research and development of armament weapons and defense systems for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Battle Mission System. Provide electrical expertise in the complete assembly, installation, alignment, augmentation, quality assurance, and performance operation of the 30 millimeter and 105 millimeter electrically controlled computer gun system which provides the primary weapon system that is utilized in the U.S. Air Force's AC-130J/W Gunship aircraft.

Responsible for monitoring the quality assurance of maintenance actions for aircraft and the associated programs, reviewed data contained in an electronic Computerized Self-Evaluation Checklist and Optimized-Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA)system. Performed Safe for Flight quality assurance inspections and managed the government oversight for 378 contract personnel performing Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on 39 unique Research/ Development Test and Evaluation aircraft which these included Boeing F/18 A/B/C/D/E/F/G, Northrop Grumman EA-6B and UCAS X-47B, Lockheed Martian F-35, and McDonnell Douglas T-45. Provided oversight observations on Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Research & Development Liaisons, Air Vehicle Modification &Instrumentation (AVMI) Corp, Boeing Corp, and DYN Corp. for quality assurance of government aircraft.

Supervised the maintenance repair and scheduled maintenance of aircraft instruments, and power distribution systems, including energy production, conversion, and air data systems. Qualified F/A-18E/F & E/A-18G Aviation Electrician Journeyman and collateral duty inspector, observed, inspected, trained personal and maintained aircraft electrical systems and subsystems, including hydraulic system, landing gear system, flight controls, utility system, and power plant and related systems. Also maintained flight indicating systems, warning systems, automatic flight monitoring and stabilization systems, attitude reference systems and inertial navigation systems.

Leading supervisor of the aviation electrician branch and performed duties as a qualified F/A-18 A/B/C/D model System Matter Expert quality assurance representative. Supervised personnel in the electricians branch and performed electrical troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, and repaired various electrical systems and subsystems on F/A-18A/B/C/D model aircraft.
