Real Estate has been a passion of mine for many years, performing general contracting for extensive renovations on several flip homes. Handling the For Sale by Owner duties of a few of these homes, staging the homes and negotiations and executions of the contracts. Each flip with a strong profit margin. Following a career as a licensed insurance broker, the last several years working part time while managing the household and raising two sons while their farther traveled extensively. While volunteering throughout the community on several levels. Becoming a Real Estate Agent once the children became teens and more independent as the goal, which I have recently achieved by passing the RE Salesperson Exam this July. Ready to dedicate these skills and passions into developing a career in real estate full time as a sales agent.

During many years as an Insurance Broker and supervisor, developing excellent customer relations skills and the abilities to work efficiently with strong analytical and problem solving skills This should be an asset in a Real Estate career.
