· Establishes contact with export customers, suppliers, warehousing facilities, and overseas agents to coordinate export schedules, freight/cargo details, and timelines.
· Communicates and coordinates vessel schedules and container loading dates across all levels of managements
· Liaise container loading schedules between clients and trucking dispatch
· Creates export bookings and disseminates vessel information, updates on-board dates to clients, partners, and suppliers
· Manages real time container and vessel tracking information for accuracy, up to date reporting for customers and agent partners
· Evaluates invoice payables for accuracy and disputes

· Coordinates FCL and LCL shipping schedules, container drayage, and trucking pickups for domestic and international customers.
· Obtains ocean freight pricing, and trucking rates and provide customer quotations based on specific routing and commodity types.
· Secures carrier bookings and coordinate loading schedules between warehouse, trucking , ocean carriers, and port/rail handlers.
· Manages submission of export documents, hazardous requirements, and shipping instructions to meet daily deadlines.
· Reviews various export compliance rules and regulations: AES Filing, FMC rate filing, DOT guidelines, and other country specific laws/procedures.
· Resonsible for processing letters of credit, carnets, Bill o lading and other commercial documents for export fullfilment.
