- Recruited by the brand to Identify and establish strategic opportunities, forward strike, special projects, and SMU's for global regions and key accounts
- Lead all speed to market programs for RVCA Mens, Womens and Sport divisions
- Responsible for upwards of $5mm of revenue per quarter
- Direct product assortment to deliver segmentation & differentiation by channel
- Oversee product development cycle to meet calendar requirements, monitor progress with factories, and serve as liaison between product, sales and marketing teams
- Travel to global regions and factories to perform market research and stay current on competition, trends and pricing and maintain relationships with vendors and factories
