Summary
The past two decades of my life has been in service to the students and teachers of the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. This has come in the form of educational reform, program development, collaboration with colleagues and interdisciplinary committees. I also embraced teaching and learning of creating innovative educational strategies to place only highly effective teachers in every classroom and increase the 21st skills of all students. It has been my pleasure to bring my expertise to new teachers as well as veteran teachers through my time as a Senior Master Educator and to science students in grades 6-12.
