• Responsible for project delivery for large CPG company  to make large prospects and customers successful by delivering Data Lake,  Data-mart and Analytical model implementation. This is largely a customer facing role with a strong technical angle, including creation of future road-map, Delivery and Resource management. 

• Create and drive best practices across architecture organization. Stay current with business and technical trends to propagate best in class thinking within organization.

• Develop strategic road-maps for monitoring vision and turn them into actionable steps.

• Implement/Integrate Customer Relational Management (CRM) information into Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).The Warehouse has been designed according to the IBM BDW (Banking Data Warehouse) model. 

• Established the ETL infrastructure, ETL/DW standards and ETL naming conventions.

• Managed projects from inception to completion including inter-dependencies with other teams.

• Scheduling work for project team activities and gathering requirements from the business users. 

• Responsible to deliver Blue Health Intelligence (BHI) data-mart which offers relevant, comparable and actionable data on the effectiveness of drug treatments and therapies, how healthcare dollars are being spent, disease prevalence and trends, drug interactions and adverse drug events. To use the broadest, deepest pool of claims information ever created and to facilitate better health through evidence-based care. This project provides information about the efficacy of medical treatments, new medical technologies and identifies emerging trends in healthcare practice and delivery.

 • Designed and developed Product short term solution that will add the concept of "Product" to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This solution will provide the capability to join Impact Intelligence for Payers (IIFP) tool, Claims, Member and the functional roll out activities for Customer, Provider and Cost/Trend to be able to include high level attributes of the Product dimension.

• Developed and supported a new Data Warehouse with the goal of Single Point of corporate data. SPOT is expected to increase the quality and availability of corporate data and transform the system data into an information tool that drives decision making and addressing several key DCS information technology challenges including consolidated reports from data stored in over 50 different operations systems for DCS business leaders and key decision-makers throughout North and South America.

• Develop a process for operations management to better analyze the profitability of there Portfolios Use to enhance management’s ability to price business profitability from a different perspective, allow management to identify top sales performers.

• Developed Unclaimed Property and Escheat Reporting System (UPERS) in client server and web based applications. This system provides a complete processing solution including holder reporting, claims management, securities tracking and safekeeping management. UPERS functionality includes: 1.) Data entry of unclaimed property and Holder information 2.) Inquiry of property item, refunds, and other holder payments 3.) Reciprocal reports processing, NAUPA standard electronic data import, and over ten standard reports.

• Developed a customized Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS), which manages the tax collections and administrative functions of local and city governments. It handles property tax, personal property tax, and income taxes, three of the most common taxes collected by city and state governments. The system controls tax filing, tax payments, collections, assessments, refunds and notification issues. The ITAS system is essentially a financial application.       

• Developed Mobile Law Enforcement Mobile Information System for Police Department using Visual Basic 4.0.This system is the pencentric field reporting software. Law Enforcement Mobile Information System (LEMIS) provides incident and accident reporting capabilities, and the ability to upload the collected data to the Police Departments central repository. The software uses Microsoft Windows for Pen Computing extensions to provide an easy to use system. Visio, the leading software for "drag and drop" drawing, is incorporated for drawing crime scene shapes and accident diagrams. The software also provides an interface to the Global Positioning Satellite System receiver provided by Tremble Navigation, which will be the basis of the automatic vehicle location system.
