- Responsible for maintaining and building customer and distributor relationships, qualifying new potential customers, servicing the current customer and distributor base, and expanding the territory of customers in Texas and logistically assigned territories, as determined by management.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage key account relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact in matters relating to client and distributor concerns and needs.
- Develop successful customer relationships to boost sales opportunities.
- Listen to customer needs to identify and recommend the best products and services.
- Provided product training and support to clients and distributors, enhancing their understanding and utilization of the company's offerings.
- Address customer and distributor questions and concerns regarding products and services.
- De-escalated customer and distributor interactions by providing alternative solutions to issues.
- Resolution of client issues in a timely manner, while maintaining good customer relationship standards.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to represent the company and attract new business.
- Collaborate with the Webinar and Podcast Team to ensure the successful execution of the Formula of the Month podcast segment.
- As Team Leader, prepare and present reports on the Pearls Category sales status, challenges, and growth opportunities to leadership.
