Customer Service Representative
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in fast pace, structure call center environment
- Collaborate with other Customer Care Representatives to provide customers with their RX information and answer questions regarding their medications
- Analyze call volume and average call time to monitor Customer Service Representative performance and productivity
- Streamline customer resolution process by providing complete and accurate ticket documentation, including timelines of events, key findings, and steps taken to reproduce issue told by the customer
- Advocate for customer, relating to each case with empathy and urgency, to build a lifelong relationship with the company
- Deliver exceptional experiences by providing timely and effective responses to customers and internal teams using a variety of communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) aligned with the urgency of the case
- Respond to customer concerns regarding resources and escalate to Customer Care/ Management Team as needed
