  • Assist with patient registration process with professionalism and accuracy, as needed.
  • Verifies insurance for every single visit unless uninsured, in which case, facilitating accurate sliding fee scale applications and documentation.
  • Check Epaces and insurance portals as appropriate. Follow-up of all documents relating to sliding scale program.
  • Ensure front desk staff remain active on insurance portals and utilize them for every appropriate patient transaction.
