I have 12 combined years of experience in food service, 15 years of military aircraft maintenance and a lifetime working on the gift of gab. I've also held positions in several fields, rounding out my experience as a capable, knowledgeable, and reliable person. My time in the Air Force instilled the values of adaptability and staying calm in stressful situations. I love to put smiles on people's faces through service, laughs, and especially food. In this next chapter of my career, I hope to return to my Texas BBQ roots with an eventual goal of running my own restaurant and brewery.
