David L. George

David is presently with Ergonomics a division of RAM Precision, Inc. and has the responsibility of managing a calibration laboratory. Previous experience has been with a fortune 500 companies in the capacity of Engineering Manager and Director of Business Excellence. His last position was with Unisys where he held responsibilities in product development, corporate regulatory requirements and business excellence. He was with Unisys and predecessors for 35 years.

During this time he was involved with standards activities for USA and international standards organizations. He was the US delegate for two product safety committees and one EMC committee within the IEC organization. He also chaired IEC committees on energy efficiency and harmonic emissions for computer equipment. In the USA he was active in ANSI and for several years was on the ANSI Board of Directors which oversaw the ANSI RAB. This organization was involved with registration and certification for quality activities. For IEEE he was active in non-ionizing radiation safety and ELF and VLF calibration and test procedures.

Community Services

He has held positions as School Director, Township Auditor and is currently on the Planning Commission.

Education

David George has a B.S.E.E. from Drexel University and has taken many additional courses in engineering, management and quality.
