North Field South (NFS) Project

• As part of PMT, managing engineering, procurement, and construction delivery of >80 on-plot buildings, including 20+ substations (6.6 to 400kV) and resolution of engineering TQ/site issues.
• Leading architectural, civil, and structural coordination from FEED/EPC phases, at model reviews and in the field at construction. Managed As-builds and Project Information on Handover (PIH).
• Supporting LLI procurement, expediting FATs, and managing PMOC for the FOC scope.

NFS (FEED), NFS Pioneer Camp & NFS ESW

• Managed engineering, and procurement during the FEED and EPC phases for NFS 6000-man pioneer camp and delivered project within the 12-month project target.
• Developed ITT, SOW, interface agreements (IA), and MDR; input to contracting strategy, TBE, implemented lessons learned (LL), and value engineering (VE) in NFS Pioneer Camp.
• Delivered systems completions for NFS Early Site Works (NFS-ESW), reducing ITR-A items volume from 8000+ to
• Achieved RFSU readiness for buildings and infrastructure within 4 months as per schedule for the SHES / FOC of NFS-ESW.
• Civil Structural Technical Authority for all technical clarifications to contractor queries during the tender bid evaluation of NFS (FEED), and NFS Pioneer Camp (as engineering manager).

Barzan Gas Diversion (BGD) Project, EPC3 Tanks

• Led both Pre-FEED and FEED engineering and early construction for a 12km, 36" lean gas pipeline, and complex tie-ins at stations A3 and A4. Coordinated long lead items expediting and MR.
• Co-authored Project Execution Plan (PEP), Engineering Execution Plan (EEP), and Operational Readiness Plan (ORP). Coordinated IA with RLPP, NFPS, and NFS project stakeholders.
• Interface CSA focal point with RLIC, Operations, CDRA, HAZID/HAZOP/SIL, micro-tunnel crossings (530m longest), led SIMOPS, Project Gates 3 & 4, and Consent to Construct (CTC).
• Coordinated optimized placement of the golden welds on the pipeline route from 12 to 6.
• Civil Structural Technical Authority for all technical review of Off-Plot Storage Tanks.

NFE Pioneer Camp, North Field East (NFE) EPC1-4, FOC Expansion, EPC2 Marine Works

• Managed all engineering/deliverables for 6,000-man camp works to completion ahead of schedule. Led Lessons Learned Workshop, and authored Project Close-out report.
• Coordinated off-plot routing, on-plot infrastructure tie-ins, tank foundations, HVAC, architectural works, and all technical and project queries as deputy to the project manager.
• Authored SOWs, design basis, project close-out, and directed contractor design, reviewed geotechnical reports/method statements/engineering & project deliverables.
• Supervised construction execution and resolved all field engineering issues.
• Increased Field Operating Centre (FOC) capacity by 50% through improved space planning, saving the need for additional FOC buildings expansion.

• FEED review for USD 5.27B Boysun Gas Plant (Uzbekistan-remote) – civil, structural, infrastructure, and layout.
• Engineering manager for KTL Substation Upgrade and LCR HVAC Upgrade bids (Kazakhstan-remote) and prepared PEP, EEP, and scheduling for the project bid.
• Provided subject matter expertise in layout, foundations, seismic design, and FEED strategy to enable ILF Engineering to be appointed by the client for an additional six-month GAP Engineering services contract before EPC.
• Led cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering projects on schedule and within budget.

• Engineering, Work Sequence and Methodology for offshore work platform to start HDD from offshore outfall location to exit onshore project (Hong Kong SAR).
• Developed and implemented innovative design methodologies, resulting in improved project outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Managed 24 development and six live construction sites, including townships, mid-rise, and affordable housing. Master planned Business Proposal for MYR 4.45 billion GDV 1344-acre new township JV.
• Managed the project planning team (4 persons) and the construction management team (8 persons) as head of department. Authored SOP for project execution, commissioning & handover.
• Mentored junior project managers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Led civil/structural engineering scope for the $40B FGP-WPMP mega project: tank farms, manifolds, module support structures, substation buildings, haul roads, utilities.
• Delivered FGP-Early Works, 5000 occupancy camp, 600-person site office, IOCC, 3GP/3GI building scopes, and Gathering Systems across multiple phases.
• As Technical Authority for Chevron CES across Brownfield and Greenfield scope for WHU-SGP, FGP-EW, FGP-GS, and TPDS projects.
• Developed MTO, execution plans & specifications for engineering, commissioning, and construction for the WHU-SGP project.
• Mentored junior engineers, fostering skill development in architectural design and project management.

• WorleyParsons – Managed the 50-person civil structural department for the FEED of EWRP and the 10-person project team for EPC of GUP. Prepared design basis and CSA SOW. Mentored junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise for professional growth.
• AMEC – Delivered structural solutions for flowline supports/topside offshore platform upgrades, 300-person catering facilities, and a 100m high Flare system in Sangachal Terminal, Azerbaijan.
• ALDAR LOR – Managed structural engineering detailed design for the iconic ALDAR HQ building, Abu Dhabi.
• Qatar Petroleum – PMC team SME for Qatar Education City development, which included Qatar Science Technology Park, Carnegie Mellon Qatar University, Al-Shaqab Equestrian Park, National Data Centre, and Qatar National Convention Centre.

• J. BERAKAN Jurutera Perunding – Progressively advanced to Engineering Manager in a 15-person consultancy, delivering infrastructure and structural design for industrial zones, bonded warehouses, and large-scale housing townships.
• JW Perunding – Formed and successfully managed a profitable 10-person engineering practice in Malaysia. Managed full-cycle delivery for projects such as the Shell LRCCU retrofit workshop, 666-bed Hospital Sungai Buloh, Securities Commission HQ, Berjaya Times Square structural steel works, electronics factory, and a 10-storey shopping mall.
• M-IO Builders – Responsible for all steel design and detailing (TEKLA X-Steel) and quality assurance of structural steel fabrication. Led and managed the 4-person engineering team and, subsequently, the 8-person site construction team for the construction of several lecture halls and an elevated water tank for the University in Selangor, Malaysia.

• Connell Wagner – Designed various vehicle and pedestrian bridges as well as dolphin upgrade works at ExxonMobil Long Island Plant Jetty Upgrade.
• City of Berwick – Performed field survey works and public car park design.
