North Field South (NFS) Project

  • As part of PMT, managing engineering, procurement, and construction delivery of >80 on-plot buildings, including 20+ substations (6.6 to 400kV) and resolution of engineering TQ/site issues.
  • Leading architectural, civil, and structural coordination from FEED/EPC phases, at model reviews and in the field at construction. Managed As-builds and Project Information on Handover (PIH).
  • Supporting LLI procurement, expediting FATs, and managing PMOC for the FOC scope.

NFS (FEED), NFS Pioneer Camp & NFS ESW

  • Managed engineering, and procurement during the FEED and EPC phases for NFS 6000-man pioneer camp and delivered project within the 12-month project target.
  • Developed ITT, SOW, interface agreements (IA), and MDR; input to contracting strategy, TBE, implemented lessons learned (LL), and value engineering (VE) in NFS Pioneer Camp.
  • Delivered systems completions for NFS Early Site Works (NFS-ESW), reducing ITR-A items volume from 8000+ to

  • Civil Structural Technical Authority for all technical clarifications to contractor queries during the tender bid evaluation of NFS (FEED), and NFS Pioneer Camp (as engineering manager).

Barzan Gas Diversion (BGD) Project, EPC3 Tanks

  • Led both Pre-FEED and FEED engineering and early construction for a 12km, 36" lean gas pipeline, and complex tie-ins at stations A3 and A4. Coordinated long lead items expediting and MR.
  • Co-authored Project Execution Plan (PEP), Engineering Execution Plan (EEP), and Operational Readiness Plan (ORP). Coordinated IA with RLPP, NFPS, and NFS project stakeholders.
  • Interface CSA focal point with RLIC, Operations, CDRA, HAZID/HAZOP/SIL, micro-tunnel crossings (530m longest), led SIMOPS, Project Gates 3 & 4, and Consent to Construct (CTC).
  • Coordinated optimized placement of the golden welds on the pipeline route from 12 to 6.
  • Civil Structural Technical Authority for all technical review of Off-Plot Storage Tanks.

NFE Pioneer Camp, North Field East (NFE) EPC1-4, FOC Expansion, EPC2 Marine Works

  • Managed all engineering/deliverables for 6,000-man camp works to completion ahead of schedule. Led Lessons Learned Workshop, and authored Project Close-out report.
  • Coordinated off-plot routing, on-plot infrastructure tie-ins, tank foundations, HVAC, architectural works, and all technical and project queries as deputy to the project manager.
