• Joined a new global instructional design team at Roche and lead the development of the teams operating model and including the teams workflow, templates, and checklists to help assist the instructional design team when working with stakeholders.
• Directly contributed to the growth of the team from 2 Instructional designers in Indianapolis to 9 Instructional designers across Indianapolis, San Jose, Costa Rica, and Budapest Hungary.
• Coaches and mentors the instructional design team on adult learning best practices, technical skills, customer management, and more.

• Supervise the curriculum management and implementation/deployment of courseware
• Manage assigned curriculum updates, evolution, and modifications throughout the year to ensure curricula relevance and correlation to learner requirements
• Cultivate an environment for the instructional designers that encourages creativity and innovative thinking for developing training materials
• Manage the implementation of new courses within assigned line of business as required, including identification of course requirements, prerequisites, and related/interdependent courses as defined by curriculum requirements
• Identify underperforming/outdated training courses and content and offer recommendations for improvement or replacement as required
• Review product evaluations, test results, and participant feedback on training effectiveness to make recommendations for program improvement

• Design, develop, and deliver training materials using rapid authoring and software tools such as Photoshop, Captivate, and InDesign
• Collaborate with curriculum team to revise current training products and curriculum on a regular basis to maintain accurate and current content
• Consult and work with subject matter experts and cross-department representatives to implement innovations into training products and curriculum
• Create, document and improve team processes, standards, and best practices
• Manage multiple deliverables and timelines to adhere to the established quality standards and processes, like Section 508 compliance, style guide consistencies, and other required review cycles
