I know the true value in working as a team. I'm always open to learning new skills and new things, great with adapting and picking up on skills. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Proven track record of maintaining efficient office operations. Expertise in scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing travel and expense reports, and transcribing minutes.
Social anxiety has always been an obstacle for me. One summer evening I was scrolling on Facebook and seen a lady casting a modeling auditions for an upcoming fashion show. I impulsively threw on all black with my best black heels got there and walked out as the 5th model to be apart of the show. After my first fashion show it felt like I couldn't get enough of being in what felt like my element feeling unbreakable. Next an old friend reached out to me who happened to be a photographer took amazing pictures we couldn't help but notice how fun and crazy my poses were we both worked on editing em. The pictures came out so epic and unreal i fell in love with editorial modeling ever since.
Similar with working at Corewell Health before I became a dispatcher I was a transporter never thought I would take on a leadership role where i would be the voice of the department ,having morning huddles , DCI meetings with nurses , team leads and hospital directors. Which taking the role has very much amplified and innovated my communication confidence and help overcome my anxiety.
The unique and important part is understanding the strengths and beauty of your own body, going to the gym, being fit and healthy. You also wanna practice posing and holding strenuous poses in front of the camera. I have worked with 4 photographers so far in Grand Rapids who all were great and learned a lot from.My mindset when taking pictures I let my poses and clothes do more of the talking rather than myself , I am not the focus of the photo.
