· Resolved issues between employees and customers using company policies.
· Select, supervise, 16 officer and coach, develop and lead the security team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
· Develops and initiates standards, processes, procedures, and methods for security.
· Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve security goals.
· Interfaces with other Departments and the internal Trainer to develop and implement training programs as required.
· Administratively maintain site security access control systems, closed circuit television, and multi-modal emergency notification system.
· Completes appropriate notification and documentation for security related incidents and investigates root cause.
· Coordinates with other team members on site visits, special events and escorts as needed.
· Enforces enterprise security policies through training, awareness, company communications and regular team meetings.
· Take an active role for special event planning within the enterprise to help determine security needs.
