I am a highly motivated individual with 25 years experience in manufacturing and in an industrial atmosphere. I have the ability to "think outside of the box" for creative solutions with a great attention to detail. I am looking to advance my experience and knowledge in a career.
I build fixtures for production components to print or use reverse engineering process, make adjustments and repairs to existing fixtures. I maintain and repair production equipment such as welders, conveyers, rotators, air compressors, E-Coat System, brake presses, saws and drills.
I manufactured steel buildings (churches, schools, gymnasiums, etc). I overseen the manufacturing process, ordered all of the materials and consumables. I scheduled the delivery trucks and assisted in erection of building.
I customized exhaust systems for high performance vehicles and jet boats to get maximum airflow and heat dispersion. My duties included bending tubing, fit up of exhaust system, Dyno Test, and adjust for maximum performance. I documented changes before being put into full production. I then became the 3rd shift supervisor and overseen the production process including cutting, forming, welding (manual and robotic), etching, buffing and polishing of high performance exhaust components.
My responsibilities were to lay out, fit and weld a variety of heavy equipment including industrial shakers, heat treating furnace casings, hydrogen bases for heat treating process, muffles for heat treating, pickling hooks for steel processing, etc. I performed saw cutting shearing, brake press, plate roller, plasma table, etc. The process included getting the job packet with prints and materials list, cut and form all components and fit up. Then a third party would do a pre and post weld inspection.
I welded various medical components using fixtures with Mig, Tig and Torch Brazing process. I was responsible for first and last piece inspection using designated measuring tools (calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, dial indicators etc.
