• Effectively teach all subject areas for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes.
• Took over Science classes for 3 months - four 8th grade and one 7th grade honors science class. In charge of lesson planing, grading, parent/teacher conferences, IEHP consults, and classroom management.
• Helped students prepare for exams, administered standardized assessments, created unit exams, and documented information in permanent records.
• Helped students develop note taking skills, study habits, and listening skills. Kept students on-task with positive behavior modification, guidance with assignments, and reinforcement strategies.
• Worked with counselors and mentors on disciplinary and behavioral issues.
• Creative lesson planning and assignments helped engage students and they became excited to attend class.
• Permanent science teacher shadowed me and I am currently subbing for all subjects at Ray Wiltsey Middle School as Resident Sub for the second year. Excellent rapport with students and staff alike.

Repeatedly requested as substitute teacher by teachers and school sites based on excellent past performance. Employed every day of the school year.
