Project1: Table View Implementation– MBS, Singapore (Nov 2020 – May 2021)
Summary:
Table View is a software application used by MBS casino dealers and pit supervisor to manage gaming and players related activities across all game types within Table Games.
Table View is classified into sub-applications:
1. Table View – Admin: Allows the application user to setup/manage/edit and monitor all the Pits, of the Casino. Gives the high-level view of the overall pit layout and also the level monitoring options.
2. Table View: Allows the application user to carry out individual Table operations like opening/closing table, player tracking, chip inventory handling and player rating.

Project2: PSA Tuas Terminal Operation – NCS, Singapore (Mar 2020 – Nov 2020)
Summary:
Tuas Mega Port will be fully automated, adopting smart and green technologies, and such requirements necessitate a new TOS development to support the business operation.
Primary functions of TOS are as follows:
1. Interface: Message routing in the form of job instructions to container handling equipment (Quay Crane, Yard Crane, Automated Guided Vehicles etc.) and receiving of job and equipment status.
2. Inventory: Managing container and jobs(activities) inventory (status)
Project3: Cruise–CRM - OCBC Bank, Singapore (May 2018 – May 2019)
Summary:
I have worked on SST module of the CRUISE CRM.
SST (Sales and Service Transformation): SST is to provide various insight on customer 360- degree view, associated leads and referral information, appointments, sales pipeline and performance. I have worked on the two submodules of this SST as STP (Straight Through Process) and Customer 360
Customer 360: Customer 360 is a module in CRM which will provide an overview of customer information and profile. and would display various product holdings that customer holds with the OCBC bank. It has two section Overview and Customer Details.
STP (Straight Through Process): On the STP I have worked on below use cases:
1. 2FA - Reactivate INB/PHB, Delete INB/PHB, Update SMS Token Mobile number, Update 2FA token status
2. Card & Easi Credit Termination — Credit/ Debit Card cancellation, Easi Credit Cancellation
3. Non-Financial Request – Change ATM/Debit Card Limit, Account Tagging

It is a Health care patience management workflow product which used for creating new patient detail or update existing patient detail. This product will be used by the customer care agent and they will proceed with the application flow to create and update the patient information.
Project5: BMS Pharmaceutical - HCL, India (Jan 2015 – March 2017)

It is a Pharmaceutical Project of BMS (USA), which contains around seven hundred pages workflow. This product will be used by the customer care agent. This web application was developed to use by the client customer care agent where the customer will call the IVR system and IVR system will redirect the call through CTI to the available Agent. Application will auto detect the customer details if present through the registered mobile number else will proceed with a new user information. There are lots of flow pages and set of questions pages for the customer care agent will go through and fill with help of customer
3. Scheduling: Resource and job scheduling based on inventory information and input from planning systems. (vessel jobs, shifting jobs, berthing schedule etc.)
