Fish Hatchery Specialist 2

  • Ran hydraulic fish trap to adult ponds
  • Spawn adult Spring/Fall Chinook, Coho, and Chum Salmon
  • Identify, sort, and sample species for spawning and adult distribution
  • Experienced use of a CWT wand and ability to identify Adipose Fin
  • Excelled operating a JenSorter and job duties related to egg incubation
  • Monitors fish behavior/health, egg and fish production and disinfects and enumerates eggs
  • Sampling and CV ponded fish
