Focused and organized professional with over 17 years of experience in the human development industry, most recently directing an organization with 16 employees and over 100 students. In this role, I led and trained teams in establishing new health and safety protocols, resourcefully delivered clear and consistent professional development, and established new communication practices throughout the organization. As an energetic instructor with 14 years of classroom experience, I thrived in delivering engaging lessons, collaborating with peers, and fostering open communication in and outside of my organization. In every setting, I strive to find innovative ways to see our community thrive.
