• Installing shingles up high properly harnessed in to make a beautiful exterior house.
• Working with customers to get the idea of how they want something built to their Design features. To build mockups for them to see and touch.
• So they can get the idea of how large or small they would like to be.
• To have the patience to install hardware on windows cabinets and doors. To make sure there is no dings, scratches or dirt are any parts what are lost.
• Concrete foundation to make sure it's level perfectly square. All utilities and drainage properly installed in Backfield is done to go on to framed.
• Job site drainage and filtering to make sure there is no silt our contaminants Going Out into fresh water or water drains.
• Framing it up a custom home to blue print specs. I'm making sure all walls are flat. And floors are level for all trades coming after.
• When doing a maintenance job on previous homes and new homes.
• Having the wear with all to. Check for rot. Our potential leaks or fire hazards. Then fix them on the spot, or get me the proper subcontractor there to fix the issue and explain it to them over the phone.
• Maintenance on machinery, example like excavators, Lotus compactors. Factors dump trucks dump trailers. To make sure the maintenance like changing oil to make sure all of vehicles Tires are pumped up our tracks are tight and greased.
• Paint and drywall patches to fix dings, scratches or any water damage. So we do not need to get subcontractors in.
