Accomplishments


Created and implemented Asset Management Division at Sudberry Properties, Inc. in 2018 overseeing its annual Capital Expenditure success within a variety of Asset types including; Multi-family Residential as well as Commercial and Retail. Several of those annual projects exceeded $100K. Project enhancements identified, specified and completed included; HVAC replacement, roofing, paving, interior redecorating, windows, interior & exterior painting, energy conservation projects and leasing office/amenities renovations. I have completed such projects under the personal philosophy of running the projects as if I owned them myself. Keeping in mind not jeopardizing the quality but ensuring cost effective initiatives.

I have identified, budgeted and executed Capital Expenditure projects for more than 25 + years within accomplished growth management positions such as Property Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Asset Management.
