Accomplishments
As the Manager of Portland Mattress Makers' Portsmouth Showroom I have helped to develop our customer base and increase our annual sales to over 1 million dollars by providing excellent customer service, careful attention to detail and helping our customers understand and purchase one of the most important products in their daily lives.
I have also helped to develop the photographic presence on our website of product images. I maintain our customer mailing list through our POS system exports and work closely with the sales manager for all locations to continue to improve our factory to customer relationship.
