• Owner/user Representative (3rd party) assigned to verify completion of all new installs, repairs, and alterations of piping per applicable code (B31.3, API 570, B31.4, API 1104, etc.), inspection test plans, and owner/user specifications.
• X-ray film auditing per ASME Sec.V and API 1104 .
• Owner/user Representative (3rd party) assigned to verify completion of all new installs, repairs, and alterations of above ground storage tanks (including DOT surge/break-out tanks) per applicable code (API 650, API 653, DOT/CFR 195, etc.), inspection test plan, and owner/user specifications. IFR/ EFR seal inspections and dock cargo hose hydro testing according Coast Guard/DOT (CFR 195).
• Approving fabricators'(Piping/Tanks), PQR's, WPS's, WPQ's, NDE contractors' procedures and certifications prior to project(s) start.
• Monitoring and verifying all welding, bolt-up (torque procedures), monitoring chart recorded pressure tests, and owner/user specifications activities are met or exceeded by fabricator.
• Audit of job completion books for final sign-off on behalf of owner/user (Piping, tanks, and pipelines).
• Coordinating with owner/user (engineers, construction, operation, and project managers, etc.) to coordinate facility projects. (E.g. Four 165K BBL and 120K BBL tanks and associated piping for BP, six 120k BBL tanks and associated piping for Marathon).

• Owner Representative (3rd party) assigned to verify completion of all installs, repairs, and alterations of piping per applicable code (B31.3, API 570, API 1104, etc.), inspection test plan, and owner/user specifications.
• Approving fabricators', PQR's, WPS's, NDE contractors' procedures and certifications prior to project(s) start.
• Monitoring and verifying all welding, bolt-up (torque procedures), pressure tests, and owner/user specifications activities are met or exceeded by the fabricator.
• Audit of job completion books for final sign-off on behalf of the owner/user.
• Coordinating with owner/user (engineers, construction, operation, and project managers, etc.) to complete facility projects.

• Extensive knowledge in building and closing out work packages scheduled for TA and new construction projects.
• Monitoring all welding activities according to the approved WPS's. Requesting all necessary NDE according to the applicable building code (B31.3, B31.4, API 1104, etc.). Preparing job completion packages to get final sign-off from third party (owner rep.) or client.
