-VERSATILE MANAGER. As the Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Supervisor onboard he provided

unparalleled support to the HAZMAT Program. He coordinated with the base HAZMAT Team to dispose of more than 3000 gallons and 800 types of hazardous waste. This included the leaning, preservation, organizing, and labeling of 7 HAZMAT storage lockers and a total revision of the MOS binder resulting in a safe and on track HAZMAT program.

-EXCEPTIONAL TRAINER. As Training Petty Officer for S-1 Division, Petty Officer Kyei demonstrated exceptional work ethic and organizational ability by organizing and maintaining 16 training records, 93 school requests in eNTRS and expertly arranged over 520 hours of training for 14 sailors with meticulous detail which resulted in ensuring all training requirements met and documented in timely manner.

-DEDICATED MENTOR. Provided 550 hours of training to 100 Sailors resulting in RPPO qualifications

and incorporated training into daily operations providing junior personnel the opportunity to

succeed. His mentorship and guidance directly contributed to 50 ESWS qualifications.

-DYNAMIC TEAM PLAYER. Led 6 sailors of over 3000 new item requests within the DMLSS system and management of 1,500 line items in the Electronic catalog system. Efforts significantly contributed to a successful DHA 2024 assessment audit. Provided supply and logistics support to all clinics and wards at NMCSD. I have the general programming knowledge and skills necessary in developing programs/reports specific to the DMLSS and supply inventory systems.

-MISSION IMPACT. Carefully processed over 4,000 items worth $1.5B and maintained 2220 customer catalogs with zero mishaps in the DMLSS system. Processed 1800 Item requests valued $1B

with 100% accuracy that resulted in life saving mission essential items for the command. Spearheaded procurement of 2,728 Medical, Dental, and Surgical supplies valued at $10M in support of Pacific Partnership 22 and 24-2.
