  • Hire, train and manage staff of 12-15 full-time and part-time employees for business that has revenue of over $1 million per year.
  • Responsible for complete operation of our golf leagues, which began in 2020 with just 2 leagues per year and have grown to 14 leagues in 2023 and on pace for 16 in 2024.
  • League revenue has increased from $16,000 in 2020 to over $62,000 in 2023 and on pace for $65,000 in 2024.

  • Accountable for all aspects of budgeting process including income, rate and labor projections, supply and linen costs, food costs and maintenance expenses.
  • Administered assessment and establishment of rates for the upcoming year.
  • Created a marketing program to target previous guests and specials for reservations during off-season which led to non-peak season occupancy increasing by over 9%.
  • Initiated an employee training and recognition program which delivered a two-pronged benefit of increasing staff morale and decreasing employee turnover.
