i hit my productioun goals every day and this was the first job that i got certified on the forklift. For the first year i was on second shift and was a back up forklift driver. on the second year of employment i was on first shift where i continued as a machine operator for the first two months then took over a shipping and recieving associate which i done until the end of my employment.
