    As a is a widely known and respected educator and an recognized expert in adult learning. My expertise in the field has led to numerous lecture tours which has carried me to every corner of the United States and aboard to countries like England, Scotland, and Senegal. For 25 years ,she served as the Academic Dean of the College of New Rochelle's School of New Resources . During my tenure I established the Rosa Parks Campus in Harlem, and the Gordon Parks Campus in the South Bronx. In addition, I have done extensive work with historically Black Colleges. I served on the Boards of Directors with the Council of Adult Education and Experiential learning, the National League of Nursing Board of baccalaureate and Higher Degree Programs and the Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute for Self Development. I have served on several B.A.Degree Programs

    and developed keen insight to the chacteristics of educational excellence needed to make education programs effective.


    I served as the Curator for the Inaugural Exhibit of the Gallery of the Cescely Tyson School in East Orange New Jersey, and I was privileged to be the Archivist for the Rosa Parks Estate.


    In addition to the above, As Dean, I managed a 20,000,000 budget with more than 500 faculty and staff, covering 7 campuses located in the poorest area of New York City. I had to locate, renovate and develop educational programs in the spaces we acquired.


    In addition to my administrative responsibilities as Academic Dean, I developed and assessed curriculum for the United Auto Workers Workforce Retraining Program, served for numerous years on the Accreditation Review Teams for Middle States Colleges and Universities. and for 5 Years, I designed and implemented collaborative efforts with the United Nations in commemorating of the Rosa Parks and the United Nation Day.
