Observed employees, customers and vendors for approval onto the premises. Supervised a team of security officers in protocol of the clients needs. Job responsibilities were checking all employees with the approved badge to indicate that they are currently employed at CNF. I was also responsibilities for escorting hostile employees who were terminated to leave property immediately. The individual had to be reported that they entered their vehicle as they were no longer allowed on property. My fellow security officers were responsible for submitting Daily Observation Reports and Building Reports and Building Round checklist daily to myself for review. Enforcing company policy in regards to equipment maintenance as well as the serviceability of all warehouse equipment was apart of the building round checklist. As a supervisor I was tasked with reporting all incidents to the Human Resources director and Maintenance Director. Upholding the warehouse Standard Operating Procedure is what I was evaluated on by Human Resources and Maintenance.

• Checked in tractor trailers for seals or other cargo before entry into the warehouse
• Scanned employees for proper temperature readings prior to entering the gate
• Trained in filling out incident reports for EMS or police departments
• Record keeping of all contractors and delivery drivers that are allowed on property
• Communication with employees and managers over company policy and any issues that needed to be resolved in an immediate manner.
