  • Volunteered to take on the responsibility of Training Champion for the Orlando, Tampa and Atlanta districts. Developed rhythms to ensure over 1000 team members received proper trainings and Account Managers met all deadlines.
  • Co developed the current Orlando/Tampa/Atlanta Safety WIG and currently lead half of the teams in those districts on a weekly call. This practice has been instrumental in the record decline in claims that these markets are experiencing
  • Oversaw budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets. This lead to record setting parking revenues in consecutive years.
