- Supported technical referral logistic efforts for government clients by tracking tickets, supporting engineers, and communicating with ISEAs and OEMs on approximately 150-200 tickets annually. Support was performed through multiple tools, including Microsoft Excel, Planner, and Power BI.
- Worked with system health assessment team to build and develop workbooks and visuals for each system being managed in an effort to identify discrepancies in the data and logistics tools/databases. Workbooks were developed using Excel and visualizations were built in both Excel and Power BI and presented to the customer in an easy to understand manner.
- Experience with multiple other aspects of Noblis MSD's tasking including financial and logistical tracking as well as in-depth experience with numerous databases. Databases and other tools included Excel, Power BI, Planner, Project, and PowerPoint, as well as government databases that warehouse data as well as relational databases in which queries needed to be utilized to pull the applicable data.
