As a Marketing/Creative Project Manager, I understand and deeply value the creative and design process.
Ensure effective connection and communication between key stakeholders, creative and production teams across global 360 Campaigns and the organization.
Works closely with agency leadership, account teams, and project managers to drive portfolio performance and deliver value to clients. My role will ensure that project management standards and methodologies, tool and techniques are followed across the portfolio of work, leading to the successful delivery of client projects on brand, time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage team schedules, including kickoffs, daily stand-ups, roundtable internal and partner reviews to ensure projects/events are on brand, on-time and in budget.

Manage all outside contractors, agencies, and freelancers. I pride myself in managing multiple deadline-driven projects and events simultaneously, managing vendor activities, creating specifications, attending press-checks and photo-shoots.
I served as Leadership over the execution of large-scale brand development projects for my dedicated brands. Acted as key liaison between retail and digital marketing within the creative departments (2d and 3d digital) specifically the creative planning processes from inception through completion. Expert in process improvement, developing best practices in project management and love working with a wide cross section of leadership.
I was tasked to act as primary contact for all creative packaging assets and print production deliverables. A strong working knowledge of maintaining Brand Standards, production workflows for static, live action, and animated content.
I achieved success in a leadership role, managing all production aspects and communications for all print, packaging, video, animation, and game App production related deadline schedules within Hasbro’s domestic and international departments.
