Born and raised on the seacoast of NH and brought up by two generations of gardeners, I have spent a great portion of my life learning about, and loving the ways of nature. I have found great joy and have gained so much knowledge about the function of the gardens throughout the seasons and about myself as a person in relation to the plants. When I am not in the garden, I spend my time surfing in the cold new england waters, collecting sea glass from the beach, or creating art. I also love to take long walks through the forest, foraging for edible mushrooms & wild herbs. It is such a special treat to find food in the wild to cook up for a nourishing dinner! I love to enjoy every drop of life that I am given & feel very grateful to be here.

I give gratitude to all of the experiences I have been privileged to witness. After my first year in college, I felt called to move to Costa Rica to give my love for the Spanish language a purpose. I lived in a small Caribbean costal town for two years and gave my time back to the community as a preschool teacher. I spent the following years travelling during the crispy winter months and returning home to New Hampshire for the beautiful summer months. I traveled around Europe and then spent more time down south in Mexico, and Guatemala. As time has passed, I have found myself eager to continue my education in the holistic health and healing world. I have found deep roots in New Hampshire and feel excited to stay stationary throughout the coming seasons. I look forward to focusing my energy to give back to the community in a way that is in deep connection with the body and the mind.
