* Responsible for overseeing all new construction and renovations.

* Responsible for emailing plans and finish schedule to sub-contractors for bid.

* Making sure all inspections are scheduled after work performed is reviewed.

* Making sure a punch list is made and sent to sub-contractors to be completed.

* Making sure a final walk-thru is schedule with clients.

* Responsible to over see upscale remodel projects to include Kitchens, Bathrooms, Full condo and residential home full remodels.

* Review Plans and redline any corrections before submitted to the city.

* Meet with the Designer and decorative hardware to review remodel contract and drawings. Review budget for the job and select sub-contractors.

* Meet with the Designer at the clients home and document with pictures. Review drawings and inspect area before Demo Day.

* Making sure that the jobsite is marked for Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC.

* Making sure The job is scheduled accordingly and visiting the job to insure the quality of work. To inspect all work before city inspections are called in.

* Keeping good communication with clients and Designers so they understand the process.

Responsible for all remodel jobs in Broward County for Upscale kitchens and bathrooms to include the following:

* Meet with the designer before the job started to review scope of work.

* To schedule all subcontractors and meet with them on the job to make sure work is done correctly.

* Update the office with construction status and pictures so Builder Trend can be updated.

* Accepting change orders and making sure subcontractor would receive information.

* Schedule city inspections and meet with inspectors if job is permitted.

* To ensure good communications with clients to answer any questions about the construction process.

* After job was completed - to ensure all punch out was completed and do a final walk-through with client.

Project manager for small remodel / construction projects.

*Responsible for the day to day operations of the repair and remodel to foreclosed homes.

*To find and hire contractors to complete large scale jobs.

* To train all field employees / contractors on company procedures and Safety.

*Maintain warehouse inventory for construction supplies.

*To ensure all completed work orders were reviewed by quality control.

*To ensure that field employees / contractors had office support to answer any questions about their job for that day.

*To contact tenants in bank owned homes to schedule repairs and make sure work was completed.

*Responsible for all construction in Dade County to include:

*Making sure all work for trades were scheduled by superintendents.

*All inspections were called for the next day.

*All change orders were accepted and implemented to the field.

*Appwright program was updated everyday on construction progress.

*Train venders to comply with OSHA Safety.

Follow up on construction punch list from completed homes and customer service calls.

*Making sure that closing dates were met as agreed.

*Responsible for the new construction of 400 multi-family upscale homes.
