Currently as a journeymen millwright I have had the experience working directly with and in conjunction with I&E groups
Some of the work has been during breakdowns and some on new design projects
During my time with Dresser Rand I obtained a great deal of knowledge on trouble shooting systems
At sight locations where I was needed to asses and determine the source of the problem
Some of the problems were mechanical, which I have a great deal of knowledge and experience, but most of them were either on the hydraulic, pneumatic, or sensors controls side
I have done extensive work on installing and troubleshooting thermal couples, axial rotor position proximity probes, along with vibration analysis
Other control issues I have dealt with come from a wide variety of machinery and their associated systems, some of the systems containing product and some of the systems being control design
