  • Some of the equipment we ran were dos computer electronic and pneumatic operated chop saws, single pneumatic chop saws, hydraulic and electrical finger jointer, radial frequency panel gluer, electrical over and under drum sander, chain and belt conveyors with electro magnets, safety switches, and electronic stops
  • Currently as a journeymen millwright I have had the experience working directly with and in conjunction with I&E groups
  • Some of the work has been during breakdowns and some on new design projects
  • During my time with Dresser Rand I obtained a great deal of knowledge on trouble shooting systems
  • At sight locations where I was needed to asses and determine the source of the problem
  • Some of the problems were mechanical, which I have a great deal of knowledge and experience, but most of them were either on the hydraulic, pneumatic, or sensors controls side
  • I have done extensive work on installing and troubleshooting thermal couples, axial rotor position proximity probes, along with vibration analysis
  • Other control issues I have dealt with come from a wide variety of machinery and their associated systems, some of the systems containing product and some of the systems being control design
  • Throughout my employment with Dresser –Rand, an OEM company, as General Foreman
  • My involvement has been with all aspects, safety, quality, and technical aspects of machinery, assigning work to be performed, and ensuring scheduled time for jobs is met
  • Assisting clients by, placing factory orders, scheduling and planning of projects, including vendors and sub-contractors
  • During turnarounds and during production, I have been responsible for, the installation of new, replacement, repairing, overhauls, trouble shooting, and improvements of equipment
  • Such types steam turbines, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors, blowers, electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and generators from under one megawatt up to 650 megawatt
  • Along with their associated equipment such as lube oil systems, sour gas seals systems, and their PLC systems
