• Working and multi-tasking with Concierege staff and other departments to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and security. Attending to concierege calls and assisting staff with deliveries and escorting guests and residents to their apartment homes. Writing incident reports and documenting issues that occur on property. Photographing property damage and investigating vandalism or thief concerns. Attending to noise complaints, trespassing and domestic issues. Mainitaing fire safety and documenting engineering issues on property for potential repair.

• Maintaining high standards concerning guest security, Writing incident reports on accidents, domestic issues, documenting and photographing thief and property damage, reporting to management for quarterly risk assessment. Patroling Beach and common guest areas for suspecious activity or damages and hazards to hotel property.

• Working with Commissioned security staff to safeguard high value art works. Acting as a deterrent and reporting anything that compromises the collection ( i.e. vandalism or theft.) to museum security or law enforcement. Being an active safety and security presence in all publicly patronized areas of the museum, being alert of crime or suspicious activity. Monitoring Art galleries, garage traffic and loading dock shipments via CCTV. Assisting visitor services staff in organizing high attendance events and private v.i.p. events. Guiding and serving the general public by attending to patrons needs and complaints during the duration of their visit on the museum campus.

• Working and coordinating with security supervisors to protect displayed art works. Closing and securing public museum areas after visiting hours have ended. Relieving security staff for breaks throughout the workday. Acting as a deterrent and reporting anything that compromises the collection ( i.e. vandalism or theft.) to museum security or law enforcement. Being an active safety and security presence in all publicly patronized areas of the museum, being alert of crime or suspicious activity. Assisting visitor services staff in organizing high attendance events( i.e. weddings, exhibition openings, and private v.i.p. events). Serving Museum visitors by attending to the patrons needs and complaints during the duration of their visit to the museum.

• Working with commissioned security staff and primarily with the Museum's Education department to safeguard valuable American art works as well as educating any visitors on the museum's extensive collections. Guiding patrons throughout the museum suggesting areas of study for college and high school age visitors by sharing knowledge of particular works of art. High public interaction by focusing on educating the visiting patrons on the influences of past American art and photography on the current culture.

Front desk bell service, luggage check, assisting concierge with resolving guest resquests, escorting guests to rooms. Directing and escorting guests to dining areas, fitness center and bar.

• Delivering mail and packages to the various offices and medical departments throughout the UNT Health Science Center campus. Driving university issued vehicle to and from various US post offices for morning mail pickups and drop offs of mail and packages. Sorting and accurately organizing large stacks of mail prior to delivery to the various departments on campus. identifying and verifying suspicious packages that could be potentially hazardous. Weighing packages and documenting such flagged items for proper authorities to examine.
