I am currently in transition from IT customer Service Technician to Medical Biller and Coder. Being an IT Customer Service Technician was a fulfilling job that has attributed to a friendly and cheerful tone while assisting End User. Helping people troubleshoot and solve issues with a smile is a strong attribute of mine. Being goal-oriented, organized and a meticulous employee is important to myself. Learning to work at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines, and being an enthusiastic team player ready to contribute to company success is a goal that is achieved. As a Talented Technical Support Representative with gift for understanding needs of both business and home users has taught myself to be versed in troubleshooting and desktop support on Windows, Linux and Mac systems. With proven skill in resolving problems quickly on first call, organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude has given myself a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
