After contracting for a little under two years, I was presented with the opportunity to continue my access journey as an official WF team member. At this point, I officially took over all aspects of access with the changing job role of my mentor- this means, I was the owner of several different SmartStation roles, the secondary approver for the entire WFA, main partner go the program NADP, Access Reviews & Certifications, main contact for the Onboarding Escalations Email Box, main liaison for the Business Initiatives Email Box (organizing this box & responding to any queries regarding access), scrubbing appointments and continued assistance with everyday access needs of users across the WFA spectrum. Throughout time, I’ve only lost one of those responsibilities (Access Reviews & Certifications) and gained one in its place (Client Link) that my cohort and I were tasked with modernization, catching up on the backlog, cleaning up & automation collaboration efforts either a multitude of different departments. This job experience is unlike anything I’ve ever dealt with prior, it’s taught me a lot about the corporate world, gave me a new understanding & fondness of access and about myself as well. Unfortunately, the company eliminated my job title and I have been displaced from the company. Last working day is 12/23/25 - multiple of my access partners and managers told me they were sad to see me go and would provide references if need be, I can provide that to any potential future employer.
I originally started with DISYS in hopes of getting my SIE license, I was excited to find out another opportunity awaited me. I am now in a position, contracted out of Wells Fargo Advisors, as apart of a new team for middle office. I am apart of the IRA Distributions Team. On a day-to-day basis I am reviewing client paperwork, accounts and requests; striving to ensure all requests are processed in a safe and timely manner. There are a wide variety of potential mishaps that can be easily overlooked, which is why our role is so important. I’ve been complimented on my processing, request notes and my ability to spot discrepancies- I was even asked to train additional contractors who were being added to our team, after only two months of being in the role “on my own” after finishing training. I have learned so many good lessons/practices in this role as it’s my first introduction to a financial middle office role, and I’m eager to learn more!
As an FRS I’ve learned a great deal about banking, regulations and procedures. On a day-to-day basis I handle customer transactions and strive to give the best version of customer service I have to offer. I have a multitude of other responsibilities such as, but not limited to; answering phone calls, making phone calls, yearly training, general upkeep of the branch, guided financial reviews, offering products to better help our customers reach their financial goals and retention duties. I’ve also started to dive into more banker responsibilities in the branch. On route to becoming an FRC (Financial Relationship Consultant) using the Regions progression training program. I’ve gone through several trainings to ensure I’m confident in what I’m suggesting to my customers and providing the best financial solutions for them. I’ve opened several accounts and have been recognized in the top five FRS’s in my area in production. I’m still learning but I’m excited to continue my journey and soak up as much information as I can.

Following superior performance reviews and recognition from customers, I was offered a managerial position within six months of employment. I was forced to turn this down to focus on my studies, I was offered this position later on and started the MIT program a month before leaving. My duties become more management based and consisted of overseeing labor costs, payroll enrollment, scheduling, customer recovery and safe correctness.
