Summary

As a school leader, we provide positive learning experiences while holding high expectations for academic excellence. My leadership philosophy includes building the confidence of others so they may feel more capable. I’ve found it best to praise in public and correct in private, as we never truly know what others are going through. When course correction is necessary, it is best implemented through action steps and collaboration across learning communities with hands-on curriculum in alignment with diverse learning styles and abilities. Flexible and resourceful with expertise adapting to changing trends and needs. Promoting intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth of students.
