I am well-versed in leadership, having much experience in leadership roles, and thus, I know how to mediate arguments, collaborate with others, know how to communicate with others, and be responsible. I know how to handle multiple tasks at once, as well as when to delegate work to ensure we reach the quota needed. I have handled many different jobs for my various organizations, from being a social media manager to being a secretary, and I am confident in my ability to work well with others and adapt to situations.
