Led family-centered-care committee to implement Milestones Recognition program in the NICU at Primary Children's Hospital. This program focused on connecting with families to celebrate small victories and increase parent's involvement in their child's course of treatment.

International Medical Relief - Kupong Indonesia - May 2016

As a member of International Medical Relief I traveled with a team of local doctors to rural villages surrounding Kupong, Indonesia to provide community healthcare. This included triage of infants and children, vaccinations, de-worming, dehydration treatment, and neonatal care. Additionally taught community health classes about hand hygiene, clean water, and diarrhea prevention.
