Accountable for overseeing the basics of Human Resource operations. Maintain accurate office records, staff personnel files, and contacts. Process and manage the payroll services and payroll information for all the school’s staff. Manage the Onboarding process of new employees.
Responsible for effectively managing all administrative functions associated with the training and professional development of the Adult Services staff, including managing all training documentation, record-retention, and identifying training needs for individuals. Collaboratively work with the Human Resources team to ensure all Adult Program staff completes required training promptly following the policies, regulations, and philosophy of the Organization.
