Apache Superset

Currently working in the Apache Superset team, a Business Intelligence (BI) platform, where I design, manage, and monitor multiple analytical dashboards to ensure data accuracy, performance, and meaningful visualization of key business metrics.

Data Analytics

Collaborated closely with the Data Analytics team, contributing to requirement gathering, JIRA story creation, and coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Machine Learning/AI

Worked with the Machine Learning team, where I created JIRA stories, performed manual QA testing, and supported the delivery of AI-driven projects by ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.

I engaged with clients from diverse locations via phone, messages, and emails. My job role included addressing client queries and guiding them regarding immigration options available for them. I guided the client through the application process including the document preparation, submission and follow up.

I assisted in the planning and execution of sales promotion campaigns and events. Moreover, I also assisted in the development and distribution of promotional materials. Furthermore, I worked closely on the MMA (Mobile Merchandising Application) and Non-MMA (Non-Mobile Merchandising Application). Lastly, I also helped in Chiller Throughput.
