Physical therapist aide with strong skills in patient interaction and problem solving. Proven ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments. Focused on fostering a supportive atmosphere for recovery while maintaining high standards of patient care.
As a physical therapist aide, I play a hands-on role in helping patients through their recovery journey. My day revolves around setting up and cleaning treatment areas, organizing equipment, and making sure everything runs smoothly, so the physical therapists can focus fully on patient care. I assist patients with prescribed exercises, demonstrate them correctly, and help them stay safe and motivated through their sessions. I also observe and report changes in their performance or behavior, which can be key to adjusting their treatment plans.
Being a physical therapist aide, it is a mix of physical work and emotional support; I'm constantly on my feet, moving with patients, answering questions, offering encouragement, and creating a welcoming environment for healing. Behind every stretch, weight, or resistance band, there is a goal: helping someone walk again, reduce pain, or return to the life they love. My role might seem behind the scenes, but it's essential; I'm part of a team that helps people rebuild strength, regain confidence, and keep moving forward.
As a pizza maker, I was responsible for crafting quality pizzas from start to finish in a fast-paced kitchen environment. I prepared dough, assembled orders with precision, managed oven timing, and ensured every pizza met quality and consistency standards. I also maintained a clean workspace, restocked ingredients, and worked closely with the team to keep up with high-volume rushes. The role sharpened my attention to detail, time management, and ability to stay calm, and efficient under pressure.
As an amusement park employee in the food department, I worked across multiple different stands, serving guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. I prepared food, operated registers, maintained cleanliness, and handled customer service under pressure—all while adapting quickly to different menus and locations. The job taught me how to stay efficient, upbeat, and flexible, even during long shifts and peak crowds. It was all about keeping the energy high, the lines moving, and the guests happy
