• Supervise daily field operations and coordinate crews across multiple job sites while maintaining high standards for safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, loaders, skid steers, excavators, compactors, compressors, industrial pumps, gas engines, generators, and related equipment.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain equipment readiness.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical failures, safety hazards, and operational deficiencies before they impact productivity.

• Perform welding and fabrication repairs on equipment, trailers, support systems, and field machinery.

• Maintain and service compressors, industrial pumps, gas engines, generators, and support equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment to transport materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently.

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, service records, inspection reports, and repair documentation to support operational readiness and equipment reliability.

• Coordinate equipment deployment, logistics, and material movement between multiple job sites.

• Train employees on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, workplace safety practices, and company operating standards.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, equipment operating procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to identify operational issues, develop solutions, and improve efficiency in field operations.
