• Managed the Love’s Total Truck Care Operations for the Western United State
• Responsible for all aspects of P&L performance, Budgeting, training and support systems

• Same direct responsibilities as the previous Directors Job just was not on the Love’s Executive Team

• Managed the multi-unit responsibilities for all Tire Care Facilities in OK, AR, NM, KS, MO, IA, and TX
• Negotiated the first oil and parts contracts and opened the first oil change and repair facilities
• Managed the process of adding the oil changes and repair programs to Love’s Tire Care nationwide
• Initiated the first Apprentice Program and started Love’s internal Mechanics Apprenticeship
• Wrote and produced the first CBT programs for Love’s LMS on DOT Inspections, Oil Changes and Brakes

• Hired as a product knowledge expert to help organize, train and build the new Love’s Total Truck Care brand. Myself, along with four others:
• Produced the first SOP Manual
• Certified as instructors with the Tire Industry Association and trained 100% of all team members
• Built the first training props and training outlines
• Internalized all OSHA required training to meet safety compliance standards and produced our own training replacing the need for TIA

• General Manager of Petro Lubes in CA, LA and GA
• Oversaw all aspects of P&L Management
• Responsible for ROI and Opening up the Repair Business
